Quick Tip: Using Your Fruit Purees

March 7, 2016

1-Ounce Portions of Frozen, Pureed Banana

Even if you don’t have a baby, you may want to keep some homemade fruit purées on hand in your freezer.  They are absolutely perfect for flavoring homemade yogurt or adding to smoothies.  If you do have a baby, your fruit purées are ideal on their own, mixed together, and blended with baby cereal.  Try out some of that flavored yogurt on your little one too!  Mine is crazy about homemade raspberry yogurt, banana yogurt, apple cinnamon yogurt, strawberry yogurt, mango yogurt . . . you name it!

Enjoy the possibilities of your flavorful fruits!
